Today, this is the WEB Server maintenance notice.
Since this is an important guidance, please read to the end.

A WEB and mail server maintenance will be on hold on the following date and time.

From December 1, 2018 at 9:00 pm to December 2, 2018 at 1:00 am (Hong Kong time)
※In some cases it might exceed the scheduled time. Please acknowledge.

Effect to our customers in the above time zone

• The condition where you cannot intermittently browse in all the pages including My page will occur.
• You will not be able to log-in to the (members exclusive page).

We hope for your acknowledgement. Still, since the log-in to the trading platform “MetaTrader 4” can be performed without any problem, for confirmations such as balance, please do it in the “Meta Trader 4”. Since the trading can also be performed without any problem, please rest assured. Furthermore,, since deposits / withdrawals to accounts are suspended during the above time zone, please respond in advance as necessary to check the margin.
