Today, we would like to inform you of the introduction of the IB screening system.
Please be sure to read this email to the end and act accordingly, as it applies to existing IBs as well.
At present, we have a large number of registered IBs, and all of you are carrying out IB activities by yourselves.
Thanks to your support, the number of customers using GEMFOREX is increasing day by day.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for all your support and help.
However, there is a small percentage of our IBs who are not following our Terms of Service. As a result, it is a fact that this is dragging down the activities of many other IBs.
Unfortunately, we can only respond to this issue after the fact currently.
Therefore, we have decided to introduce the IB screening system, because it is necessary to understand the situation to some extent beforehand.
For new IB registration, please follow the procedure as below.
Until you are approved, your IB link will not be issued and you will not be able to start IB activities.
For existing IBs, once you have logged in to MyPage, you will be asked to fill out the “IB Activity Approach Registration” form on your IB Partner MyPage.
We will review your application after confirming the content.
If your application is approved, you will be able to continue your IB activities. However, if your application is not approved, we will have to terminate your IB activities at that point.
Basically, we do not plan to turn down the application of existing IBs, but in very rare cases, some may be disapproved.
Even if approved, it does not mean that the activity will be allowed permanently. Please note that it may be disapproved once we find that the activity is not conducted as registered in the IB activity approach registration. Therefore, please be sure to update your registration if there are any changes.
Please take actions accordingly within 30 days from today (by October 18th).
Please note that if you do not act accordingly by the deadline, you activities will not be approved for the time being, and the existing links will become invalid.
We would like to avoid having to take such measures if possible, but it is needed to protect our good IBs, so we would be grateful if you could understand and accept our request.
